Wayne has a B. S. degree and a M. B. A. from Mississippi State University. He has spent over 35 years working with two major consumer good companies, The Procter & Gamble Co. and The J. M. Smucker Company. He has experience in manufacturing, engineering, finance, warehousing, and logistics. He also has experience in evaluating, acquiring, and integrating companies into operations. His last assignment was Vice President for Coffee Operations with responsibility for producing major brands such as Folgers and Dunkin Donuts.
He is now retired but actively involved in investing in others. His desire is to share with others from his experiences, to share from what he has learned from coaches in his life, and to share about God’s blessings offered to all. He invests by volunteering to speak to students around the world, by teaching and coaching men in his community, and by teaching a weekly class to married couples at his church. He is also in various leadership positions in his church. In his community, he volunteers to work with an agency helping the homeless and is also on their board. Wayne was a widower but has recently remarried, has 4 children, and 6 grandchildren.
